Geography Information for 11ab/Gg3
Dear Parents and carers of 11ab/Gg3,
At City Academy we are committed to achieving the best outcomes for all of our students. With this in mind, I am writing to inform you that your child has started a new qualification ‘OCR Entry Level Certificate in Geography’. This has replaced AQA GCSE Geography on your child’s timetable.
The reason for this change is that the OCR Entry Level Certificate will allow your child to achieve a nationally recognised qualification in Geography that will help them towards achieving a place at college or a training supplier next year. Last year 100% of our students studying the OCR Entry Level Certificate achieved a grade.
