CAB students get an insight into campus life

A group of 8 Year 9 students from City Academy Bristol visited SGS College at their WISE campus.

Students engaged in a realistic injuries cosmetics workshop, creating all kinds of fake injuries, just using the power of makeup.

The Insight into Apprenticeship group, as they are known, took part in other various fun and engaging activities throughout the day, students also explored the employability skills they have to offer to employers and the types of jobs which would suit them.

Rachel Martin, Careers and Aspirations Coordinator said: “We had a fantastic time touring the college, participating in a stage make up and a performing arts workshops. I would like to thank south Bristol Youth who organised this trip.”
