World Book Day 2024
On Thursday the 7th of March, CAB celebrated World Book Day. The mission of World Book Day is to promote reading for pleasure, which is the single biggest indicator of a child’s future success. To help illustrate to the students how much we teachers like reading, we dressed as book characters.
The costumes meant we had lots of interesting discussions about characters, while also allowing students to participate in a school wide quiz. On the day, 33 students won prizes for their amazing participation.
