Understanding COLOURISM among young people in the UK
Staff from King’s College London, are running a project which explores how young people understand and experience colourism: skin shade prejudice in which people with dark skin experience disadvantages compared with those with lighter skin shades. It is a five-year project funded by the UKRI.
They are hoping to speak to parents/guardians from a range of ethnic groups.
