The Commission on Race Equality  (C.o.R.E)  would like to invite you to

‘It Takes a Village’ Follow up Event

5pm (Food & Networking) 6pm start-9.30pm Thursday 12th December @ City Academy

We invite you to the follow up ‘It Takes a Village’ event where we will be providing feedback and an update on all your recommendations from the sessions held on Criminal Justice.

This event will include information on youth provisions in the community, family/parenting groups, mentoring schemes, the criminal justice system, and your rights and responsibilities under ‘stop & search’. 

There will also be a workshop; understanding youth violence, social media and signs of grooming. 

There will be number of agencies, community led youth groups, members of the criminal justice system attending, and an opportunity for you to ask questions to any of these groups. 

This event is aimed at Black and dual heritage families and carers all are welcome including our young people.
